To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the above conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers must request a return within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

    • Order Number
    • Full Name
    • Reason for Return
    • Photos or videos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please do not return any item without receiving confirmation from our support team.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 10 DAYS after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products if:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 DAYS of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Please retain the original packaging until your request has been resolved.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Downloadable or digital products.
  • Hygiene or personal care products that have been opened or used.
  • Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items marked on the product page.

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item shipped by us

BuyUniq will bear the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for any other eligible reason (such as a change of mind, where permitted), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.


10. Refund Exceptions
